- Q: How do you know what size converts to a sm, med. etc. I'm a 36F...so, what does a 36F convert to?
From aprillove on 5/15/11 - A: Our nursing camis and tanks usually follow this sizing pattern.
Small: Dress size 4/6 or Band size of 32/34.
Medium: Dress size 8/10 or Band size of 34/36.
Large: Dress size 12/14 or Band size of 36/38.
XL: Dress size 14/16 or Band size of 38/40.
For your size I would recommend trying the L or even the XL due to the fact that you are an F cup and you want to be sure you have room and are not constrained.
