Laughable allegations about plus-sized models

I came across an article recently that discussed allegations made by researchers that claim
“using plus-sized models on the catwalk and in advertisements could make women fat”. Seriously?! We will agree to disagree. Even calling so-called plus-sized models ‘plus-sized’ is an overstatement.

I say that fuller figured models promote a healthy body image for all girls and women alike
and the fashion industry should be praised for finally getting it right. These models have
amazing, womanly figures and by every standard are considered to have a healthy, ideal body type.
