We offer free shipping via USPS ground for any purchase amount of $65 or more for shipping within the United States. The purchase amount that qualifies for free shipping is after discounts and before tax. Returns are always free.  

Shipping Costs

For online orders less than $65, we charge a flat fee of $8.99. Express and additional shipping methods are available to choose from at check out.

We currently accept international orders for CANADA and MEXICO. Shipping options will appear at checkout with two choices: UPS Worldwide Saver or UPS Worldwide Express.

Please note that orders can take up to 5 days to be processed. Estimated shipping time is based on the date and time the product leaves our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once a shipment has been sent. All prices are in US dollars.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday till 4pm CT (excluding holidays).  Leading Lady cannot be responsible for delays due to undeliverable packages.

Return Policy

You may return unworn merchandise (in resalable condition) within 30 days for a refund. Exception: FINAL SALE items are not returnable.  No partial returns or exchanges for ANY value pack or bundled items.

Any credits will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. 

Please allow 15-20 business days to receive and process your return.

NOTE: We offer free postage paid returns for all orders except from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada.  

How to Return Goods

To return an item for refund log on to “leadinglady.com”.  At the bottom of our home page, click on “Request a Return”.  Enter the Customer Order # (SHPF) and email address and follow the instructions for the items you are returning.  

A prepaid shipping label will be sent to you via email.  Print the return label and affix to the package containing the items you are returning.

Errors or Damaged Merchandise

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, simply follow above how to return goods instruction. 

Late Returns

If more than 30 days have passed since your package shipped and you would like to return any of your items, we reserve the right to accept or refuse them. If accepted, a $10 or 20% re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund.

Bundles

Bundles are products that contain two or more items offered for sale at one everyday value price.  If you are not fully satisfied with your value pack purchase, we accept returns for total value pack contents only. We do not accept partial returns.

Discounts and Promotions

The value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the discount or promotion applied to the original order.

Only one coupon code promotion may be used at a time.

We do not do price adjustments or even exchanges on previously purchased items.
