Relax this Holiday Season in your Favorite Leisure Bras

by ErinStieglitz on May 02, 2018

Ah, the holidays are upon us!  We love nothing more than spending time with friends and family, enjoying delicious holiday meals, cozying up to a warm fire and lounging in our favorite leisure bras.  Don’t you?

We hope you can find time this holiday season for some rest and relaxation.  Down time is important for our bodies and minds.  Just like taking a day-off exercise after a strenuous workout helps repair and rebuild muscles, time away from the daily grid allows us to release stress, rejuvenate our spirit and restore energy.  Ultimately, relaxation helps improve our daily lives by taking us out of the normal routine, forcing our minds to think about things differently and allowing our bodies to repair.

Relaxation means different things to different people and comes in all types of activities.  While some people find it relaxing to spend hours in the kitchen making gourmet meals, others would much rather be wined and dined at a restaurant.  Enjoying a long jog in the park is bliss to some, but just vegging out on the couch or at the beach is pure heaven to others.  A massage might be your favorite form of relaxation, while gardening is cathartic to some of your friends.  And if you’re anything like us, shopping always puts us in a state of Zen!

Whichever way you choose to relax, it’s important that the activity is enjoyable and takes your mind off your daily stressors.  Clear your schedule for some planned “me” time and try to digitally disconnect for a few hours.  If your time is limited, try to incorporate friends and family in your relaxation.  Go for a couples massage with your partner, bargain hunt at the mall with a friend or take a long lunch with your sister.  Sharing the experience and reconnecting while you have a break will make you feel twice as good.

Another important part of relaxation is being comfortable.  Nothing is worse than tugging on your clothes or being plagued by a pinching bra when all you want to do is melt away into whatever you find relaxing.  That’s where Leading Lady can help you achieve your relaxation goals.  Our selection of leisure bras will make you so comfortable you will probably forget you are even wearing a bra.

Many women are not familiar with leisure bras so let us clue you in.  These styles are designed with your ultimate comfort in mind.  They are made of soft, breathable fabrics that allow great mobility while maintaining vital support.  Leisure bras are wonderful for a variety of relaxing activities like staying home, gardening, practicing yoga or having a casual lunch date.  Our leisure bras are also ideal for sleeping because they feature front closures that won’t irritate your back at night.

We’re bound by many obligations in our lives.  Taking time to relax and unwind is essential to our health and well-being.  We hope you find time to chill out and enjoy activities you love this holiday season.  And we hope you can do them in our most comfortable leisure bras, now 15% off site-wide.  When you’re back to the grind, you’ll be thankful for the rest.  Be sure to take periodic breaks during your busy days, too.  Even these momentary releases can relieve stress and refresh our minds, making us more productive overall.

Happy Holidays!
