Band size

Measure around the torso directly under the breasts, where a bra band would sit. Keep the tape measure level all the way around.

Cup size

Measure around the fullest part of the bustline. Be sure to keep the tape measure level. Hold it snug but not tight.

Measurement should be taken while wearing an unpadded comfortably fitted bra. Hold it snug but not tight.
