National Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month: A Voice behind Ovarian Cancer
September is National Ovarian Cancer Awareness month and we’re focused on educating women about the disease. It is one of the less common forms of cancer, but one of the deadliest among women because it is hard to detect, especially in the early stages. We blogged about the risk factors, symptoms and signs in Amy’s Corner earlier this month, and we strongly encourage you raise your own awareness of ovarian cancer and spread the word to others.
One way we’re helping bring attention and a voice to ovarian cancer is through the e-book, Erika’s Journey: The Endless Miracle. Erika was the best friend of Danah Bordner, LPGA golfer and spokesmom for our sister brand Loving Moments by Leading Lady.
